	Horizontal Stabilizer - Looks to be about ready to close it out.
	Horizontal Stabilizer - A light load is applied for the close out.
	Horizontal Stabilizer - A heavy load is applied for the test out.   Just try this with those Beer Can planes.    ;-)
	Elevator mounted and tail closed out.
	Tail Close out and rudder mounted.  Starting to look like and airplane now instead of a boat.
